Finding Products

Guided filter: Pick a crop → target type → target to narrow to labeled products.
Search: Search trade names, EPA reg no, active ingredients, and company names.
Favorites: (Logged in) star products to save them.

Pesticide Details

Click any row to open the Pesticide Details modal.
Use the PDF Label pane to verify data against the DEC-approved label.
When available, use the First Aid / PPE buttons in the header to jump to those pages.
Mode of Action codes for logged in users are colored according to the number of times they have been used in your application log this season, to indicate a potential risk for resistance development that is associated with multiple applicaitons of the same mode of action per season.
As multisite pesticides are not at risk of resistance, the color will remain green, despite multiple uses.
For other modes of action, colors are based on number of applications: green for 0 , yellow for 1 , orange for 2 , dark orange for 3 , and red for 4 or more .

Navigating This Form

Fill out the required elements of the form and click “Add to Application Log” to save your choices.

Pre-filled information in the form may be incorrect. Please double check the PDF label (latest DEC-approved label) and the label on your pesticide container to make the appropriate use of the product. You can click on parts of the form for easy navigation of the pesticide label, including Product Name, Target, Rate, and Units.

Application Date

Application dates for multiple different products at the same date and time will be considered to be a Tank-Mix and will be grouped together in the Application Log.

Target

During pesticide use reporting, a specified target that is listed on the label is required.

Rate

The maximum labeled rate has been previously filled out.

Blocks

Select the blocks that you plan on applying. If you do not have farm information in the application, then please fill this out in the My Farms tab of this website.

Acreage

Acreage will be filled upon selecting blocks, but can be adjusted if necessary. It will be used for calculations in the Application Log.
